    • Custom Items: No refunds for personalized products (engravings, custom designs, LOGO-branded items).

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Request Approval:

    • Email support@bronzeknights.com with:

      • Order number

      • Photos of the item(s)

      • Reason for return

    • We’ll respond with instructions within 24 hours.

  2. Pack Securely:

    • Use the original box and protective materials.

    • Include all tags, certificates, and free gifts (if applicable).

  3. Ship Back:

    • Use a tracked shipping service (costs borne by you).

    • Send to our approved return address only.

  4. Refund Timeline:

    • Processed within 5 business days after receiving the item.

    • Refund issued to your original payment method (credit card/PayPal).


Strict Exceptions

   No refunds if:

  • Customized items (e.g., engraved names, bespoke designs).

  • Products show signs of use, wear, or damage.

  • Return requests are made after 30 days.


Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours: Full refund.

  • After 24 Hours: 15% handling fee deducted.


Important Notes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Fraud Prevention: We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny refunds for misuse.
